If you need to place your service on hold or suspend service temporarily, we offer three (3) options depending on your needs:
Option #1 – Hold
Ideal for accounts that plan to resume service shortly. This option is recommended if mats are still required for floor protection.
- Inventory will remain on the floor
- The terms and conditions of your service agreement remain unchanged
- Pay 75% of the invoices scheduled during the hold period
Option #2 – Suspension with Fee:
This option is suitable when floor protection must be removed for activities such as renovations, where our products are not currently in use.
- Inventory will be picked up
- The terms and conditions of your service agreement remain unchanged
- Pay 50% of the invoices scheduled during the suspension period. A valid credit card on file is mandatory during the suspension period
Option #3 – Suspension with Time Added
This option is suitable when floor protection must be removed, providing the flexibility to extend the contract duration rather than paying a fee during the suspension.
- Inventory will be picked up
- Additional time will be added to the terms and conditions of your service agreement to account for the suspension period
- No payment is required during the suspension period

Please note that holds or suspensions are not effective until they have been set up on your account and confirmed by City Clean.
